Providing Effective Learner Feedback
FREE
Participants will explore how effective feedback can help learners understand their progress, recognise strengths, address gaps and identify the steps required to achieve competency.
Through practical activities and realistic VET scenarios, participants will practise delivering feedback in different situations, including assessment outcomes, practical demonstrations, workplace training and situations where a learner has not yet demonstrated competency.
