All staff are expected to actively participate in ongoing professional development to maintain and enhance their skills. This includes completing assigned online courses, attending scheduled training sessions and engaging in relevant learning activities aligned to their role. Continuous learning ensures employees remain competent, confident and capable of meeting evolving operational and industry requirements.

Completion of Online Courses

Employees are required to complete mandatory and role-specific online courses within the prescribed timeframes. Courses should be undertaken thoughtfully, with assessments completed independently and honestly. Where applicable, evidence of learning or practical application may be required to demonstrate competency. Timely completion supports both individual performance and broader organisational compliance obligations.

 

Participation in Training Sessions and Webinars

Staff are expected to attend scheduled internal or external training sessions and webinars that support their role and professional growth. Active participation — including engagement in discussions, activities and follow-up tasks — is encouraged to maximise learning outcomes. Attendance and participation will be recorded within the portal as part of each employee’s development record.

 

Compliance and Certification Management

Maintaining current certifications, licences and mandatory compliance training is a core responsibility of every staff member. Employees must monitor expiry dates, respond to automated reminders and upload required documentation where necessary. This shared accountability ensures the organisation remains compliant, audit-ready and aligned with regulatory and contractual obligations.
